Hi, I’m Kevin, your local estate agent for Welling, Sidcup and Bexleyheath. I’ve lived here since 1981 growing up on Falconwood Avenue, Welling and attending Eastcote Primary School in the 1980s, before moving near to The Oval, Sidcup and attending Burnt Oak Junior School and then Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar.
My own children are now at school at Crown Woods and Days Lane. I’m born and bred in the area and therefore, as you may expect, I have expert local knowledge both personally and professionally, as well as a huge variety of connections from both.
With over 20 years experience in the industry, with the last 15 working for myself, I’ve faced good markets and bad, basic enquiries to the complex, and covered sales, lettings and property management from start to finish.
